The waitress seemed quite irritated when I walked up to her sitting station (unable to catch her eye) to ask for more ice tea. I did have a good visit in spite of this all. I do hope Ballesteris Cafe can delete such experiences and again become an enjoyed place to have conversation and GOOD food.
A really bad diensten there,I went inside yesterday,everyone was talking together in a circle,except a Asian girl ,only her seems very busy there ,I was there aan 5 minutes,they were here still chatting and ignored me all the time ,finally I ask and placed a big order,but the drinks were ready,nobody let me know,they just keep chatting there in a circle,back to customers,I got to said this kan zijn a worse Starbucks in yakima ,a really poor bediening!! I will never go back again
The food was nothing special! Pricey for the quality ofwel food! My toast was burnt, no refills on our drinks and the portions were smaller then expected... might give it another go a different day? ????
Really like the Dutch Bros coffee chains. But this one in particular has done a very good job ofwel providing excellent customer diensten and a friendly staff.

Thanks so long, waited twintig minutes for my drinks. Honestly I always avoid coming here because I know it’ll take forever. Love the drinks but the service takes forever. Update: I think they changed management but this one blond bigger girl was extremely rude to me and my friends.
We came in for lunch. We ordered 2 French dips (around $15 each). The au jus was cold and had to ask for it to be reheated, they didn't serve us with chips, and we had to ask for those. Small portion for the price. Not my favorite experience probably will not return.
